Before Co-founding Koni Konsultants in 1994, Koni held positions with two of the development industry's most respected firms. As Executive Vice President of KLM Developments & Management Company, he supervised the market research, marketing strategies, creative services, sales analysis, retailer coordination and other management functions of KLM/Federated 23 properties.

In the past decade Mr. Koni has given more than 450 seminars in the United States, South America, the Middle East, Canada, and Mexico to retailing, urban planning, marketing, retailer, Chambers of Commerce and shopping center groups, colleges and conventions on subjects ranging from economic forecasting, the state of the art in retailing and development to consumer research and consumer and retail trends.

Gus has a law degree from Durham University with International Business undergraduate from Jordan University. He’s background been a corporate law and structuring; acquisitions; joint-venture agreements; venture capital structures; corporate and securities laws; and intellectual property advice and litigation Civil and Commercial Litigation; Environmental Law; Corporate Law, Litigation and Arbitration Securities Law, amendments to trademarks Law and amendments to the Companies Law, advisor to a number of multinational companies on Jordan’s trade and civil laws, legislative developments, and land development.

Randy Lallament is Creative Director at Koni Konsultants. Prior to joining the consulting and marketing agency, he was Senior Designer at the renowned design firm of Vignelli Associates in New York City. In that position, he worked on projects for clients including Xerox, Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, International Design Center/New York, The American Institute of Architects and Columbia University. His work has received numerous awards from such organizations as the American Institute of Graphic Arts, Graphics, Communication Arts, The Society of Publication Designers and the Art Director's Club of Orlando.

Mr. Lallament has expertise in advertising, signage development, exhibit design, leasing collateral initiatives, overall strategic planning, alternative income structuring and site usage evaluation for over 80 retail, entertainment and mixed-use projects over the past fourteen years including the planning of urban areas in Orlando, Kansas City, Pittsburgh, Nashville and San Salvador.
